Ciudad Ocampo

Ciudad Ocampo is located 121 km. to the south of Ciudad Victoria in the State of Tamaulipas by the federal highway 85 in Mexico.

Ciudad Ocampo main attraction is the Archaeological Museum where pieces of pottery and stone from the Huasteca culture are exhibited.

Four kilometers to the east of the Ocampo City, you can visit:

• The "Parque de la Alberca"

• The Ruins of the Igollo Mission

• A small pyramid with prehispanic vestiges of the region
