Zinapecuaro is located 11 kms (7 mi) from Morelia City in the State of Michoacan by the same highway in Mexico.

Zinapecuaro main attractions are the thermal water springs which are situated in Zintzimeo, San Miguel Taimeo, Araro, Coro and Atzimba. The latter, is a spa with a hotel and other tourist services.

In Zinapecuaro you can also visit the main church, built on top of a hill in the XVI century and the main square.
